Details: 460cc head, Apollo graphite shaft, wrapped grip
Purchase: I bought the driver at Dunham's Sports for $40 on sale. Pros: The driver is just the right length for me, it seems just a bit shorter than normal off the rack drivers...I am 5'8' tall and it is just right. Weight of the driver is really good, it feels balanced and easy to swing. My acccuracy with the driver is much improved. The grip stays tacky, even with sweaty hands. This driver allows me to hit the ball a little farther (220-230 yds average) and straighter than previous drivers. It is an attractive looking unit with attractive looking head cover. Quite a buy for the money, it hits like drivers priced in the $100+ range.
The driver hits straigt with my swing, I only experience a slight pull to the right, mostly due to my swing. I have gained yardage and accuracy using htis driver. Cons: The grip is a bit bulky, but does not detract from the performance of the club. Quality: Overall good construction, it has survived the summer so far in spectacular fashion. Review Summary: Great driver, I bought the fairway woods for the price of $30 or so each, a great buy for not a lot of money, well worth the money.

Purchase: A golf outlet store in Foley, Alabama sold me the club in November 2005 for about $50. The store salesperson recommended it as a forgiving, easy to hit driver. I took it out and played the Glen Lakes and Gulf Shores state park courses, and couldn't do a thing with it. I could not get the ball in the air even though it went straight. Pros: Over the holidays, my son and I visited Phoenix and made a tee time at Apache Creek Golf Club. There, I made a date with the teaching pro, Scott Waddle. In 10 minutes, he had me launching the ball with this club like I never did before. I love this club. Cons: The grip seems to be wearing a bit fast, but it's still sticky in the hands and quite controllable. Quality: No regrets after 20 rounds. The shaft is a little shorter than my friend's drivers, but it seems to fit me perfectly. I am 5'10'. Review Summary: A very nice club for the price. I am ready to buy another for my son. $29.95 fathers day
I was looking at a Wilson Deep Red II unit at Dick's for $190, the kids saw this Ram at Dunhams and thought it looked the same.
They were pretty close Pros: Wanted a new club to replace my aging wooden Wilson Blueridge driver which I hit dead straight but only about 200-220. This one has Good Distance (275) and is straight unless I am getting tired (playing late in the day on the back 9) then I slice the thing wildly) Cons: Grip is OK but its only a couple weeks old. Quality: Excellent all round, bit flexy for my liking but good construction Review Summary: I'll put a better grip on it for next season, but I'd buy another
