Purchase: Built new set to replace my TC-01's. Built with Rifle 5.5 shafts and Winn grips. Paid standard Golfsmith catalog prices.
Pros: Improvements over the TC-01's are looks and ball striking. Lower center of gravity improves distance and height.
Cons: Similier feel of the Quick Strike fairway wood club. Don't have to swing like a crazed lumberjack if extra distance is needed.
Quality: Excelent balance and finish. Comes with head weight on package. Golfsmith clerk help me match the set weight.

Review Summary: Excellent set of irons. Will still use my TC-01's from time to time but these FMC-01 clubs look better and play a little better. Thought I wanted a set of Hogan Apex Plus' until I bought a 5-iron. To me, the FMC-01 5-iron has much better feel.
