Purchase: The infomercial sold me. I was thinking about a set of wedges and decided to give them a go. I paid about $330 (?) for all three.
Pros: They are neat clubs to play with. The way you can adjust the bounce for different situations inspires a lot of confidence. The extra long grips are great for chipping. Still, I wish I had tried some Cleveland wedges before I bought these.
Cons: The durability of the grips is absolutely terrible. I had to send two of the clubs back during the warranty period for regripping. I am now out of warranty and all three grips will have to be replaced. As I only play once a week, with a couple of buckets of range balls thrown in, I think the grips stink. Also, the finish wears off VERY quickly. The clubface will also rust if not dried and oiled every time you finish playing.
Quality: Just did that, Dude.
