Details: Its all good! This club is a players club! It is not for the weak at heart and it is clearly a sledge hammer on the course. Not because it is heavy but because once you get it on plane it does ALL the work.
I play the NP-99 @ 42.25 inches
Stiff Aldila Shaft 3.5* of torque
The Golf Pride Multi Decade Compound grip (Standard) w/ 1 extra layer of tape.
I absolutely smash this club time and time again. I do not EVER hold back and it ALWAYS stays up w/ me.
Purchase: Bought from Private seller that wasn't man enough to bend the shaft!! Pros: Long and straight. Cons: Alot of the comments are about the poor rubber grip. This is my song and dance...
Sonartec cannot possibly hit on a happy medium for all golfers so why not put a piece of 'rubber' at the end of the shaft and let the individual golfer put his or her specific grip on after purchase. Let Sonartec save some money so they can go back to RandD and make me an even better club although I do not see how they can improve on it. Quality: Indestructible and PURE quality.. Review Summary: AWESOME CLUB!!!!!!

Purchase: Purchased on Ebay. $224 shipped Pros: There isn't a thing I do not like about this club. For starters, it is the most beautiful piece of golf equipment ever. The blue metallic paint shimmers and matches the special dark blue Aldila NV shaft well. The sole plate is polished to a high shine. Things only get better when you hit it. I didn't think fairway woods had any forgiveness until this one. Toe hit lose some yards, but not nearly as bad as others. Ball flight is really awesome. It seems to fly high and straight out, then drop straight down, like it hits a wall or something. It is really long. I was hitting it off the deck to the fence into the wind with rangers. Just a fantastic club!! Cons: I just wish I had the five wood too!! Quality: Flawless and beautiful Review Summary: Can you afford not to play the best? Purchase: Purchased from ebay for $200. Pros: I have always had difficulty hitting fairway woods, but this 5-Wood is rapidly becoming my favorite club.
Even though the ball comes off the club with good height, it seems to cut through the wind. Cons: It didn't make me Nick Price (who uses this identical club on the tour) Quality: The blue finish looks great and always gets some looks from the guys in my foursome. The shaft is also blue. A great-looking club. Review Summary: If fairway woods give you trouble, you need this club. How it does what it does I couldn't tell you; I am not an engineer, but I can tell you it is the easiest fairway wood to hit straight and long I have ever owned, and I have used Olimar, Taylor Made, Callaway, and an assortment of other fairway woods.
