Purchase: I got a new set of Spalding Custom Aero-Force M irons last week from Pin High Custom Golf. They are located in Port Allen, LA. I purchased these Irons because of the resemblance of the Callaway X-16 irons. I needed some more game improvement for my iron play and these seemed to be the best bet. I payed 175.00 for the entire set of irons which were custom fit for me.
Pros: The irons have a wide top line which I seem to favor because of the overhead appearance. On the first fairway I hit the best approach shot I think I have ever hit. From about 110 yards I put it 4 feet from the cup. The entire day went just like that with the irons as I have never broken 90 and did that shooting an 89 in 15-20 mph winds. Almost every shot had a slight draw to it unless I noticeably hit the ball off of the toe area of the club. I had a couple of other guys with me playing which were also much lower handicappers and they were astounded at the accuracy and forgiveness of these irons!! I highly recommend them for anyone struggling with push shots of fighting a fade.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about the Irons was the gap betweed the PW and the SW. Thus I had a 53 degree wedge built to minimize the gap between the two. Also there is no 2 iron offered in the set.
Quality: The overall construction of the irons are great and they have a very solid feel at impact.

Review Summary: I am not sure what else to say. I have complete confidence in these irons as I played my second round with them today and shot a consecutive personal best round.
