Purchase: I received a dozen as a present. I know the cost was $36.
Pros: I had heard about the ball and was extremely impressed with its performance. Longer than I thought it might be, perhaps just a yerd or two shorter than other premium balls. The feel is without peer, holds an iron shot very nicely, is a dream around the greens, and putts soft and smooth.
Cons: I have only one complaint. The ball began to shred slightly after only a few holes. This did not seem to affect the performance but I found it a little distracting and disappointing. No other complaints of any kind.
Quality: This is a premium, multilayer ball. Other than the tendency to shred a little, the quality was excellent. As good as anything out there, with better feel.

Review Summary: I would play nothing else if it were not for the durability issue, especially since a soft feel is very important to me. There is one other ball out there that really can't be beat for the price; the Precept U-Tri Tour. Superb all-around premium ball at a very reasonable price, but a bit firmer than the Hi-Brid Tour.

Purchase: As a scratch golfer and a fussy one at that i have been shopping around for a winter ball for a while now. Living in england we have a very wet winter and there is no need for me to use my usual Pro V1's, I was advised to try the Srixon by my friend.
Pros: What can i say it is absolutly fantastic, i have put approx 15-25 yards on my drive and where it is not as soft as a Pro V1 i do get a very nice feel with it from mid irons wright through to my putter.
Cons: Nothing
Quality: very durable but with increadable feel for a ball that is so durable.

Review Summary: Golfers of all standards will benifit from the Srixon, those of you whom are off a high handicap and have been reluctant to use a balata type ball but have upto now felt that it is a waste, i implore you to give these babies a try. Your game will only benifit and with it's durablilty you wallet will too.
