Details: Straight off the walmart shelf

Purchase: Walmart around 30.00 tax and all
Pros: Well its a well rounded product, although nothing about it screams greatness its a good solid performer. Even better now that they're 10.00 cheaper!
Cons: Like I said from all the reviews I read this ball got a lot of praise even at the higher price. I can't find it, I've played 3 rounds with it now and used a sleeve and a ball from another and nothing at all stands out as great.
Quality: Good as one can hope for

Review Summary: Not a great ball, would have kicked myself for paying 45.00 a dozen for but at the new price range its as good as you can ask for

Purchase: Picked up a sleeve at a pro shop, and paid $7.49 for 3 balls. I wanted to give it a try to see if it was good. They're now $30/dozen as opposed to 40. Wanted to compare it to NXT Tour which has risen to $30/dozen as well.
Pros: It's so solid-feeling. The trajectory is lower (which I like, due to a tendency toward higher trajectory myself on misses, which makes me lose distance) and although I hear it is ideal for higher swing speeds, it goes when well-struck...even by a medium speed swinger like me. I do think a higher-speed swing would really maximize the performance (distance in particular) of this ball, and would love it. It really sticks to greens but the cover doesn't shred like some of the other 'tour' caliber balls. It is a real pleasure with the chips and putts too. The best thing you can say about it is that it does whatever you need it to do. A huge deal. Putts roll true. It doesn't leap and surprise you. It's soft without feeling spongy. This a real performer. Every bit as good as any other ball at any price.
Cons: Nothing. $$ maybe. There are good-performing balls to be found for less money, but that's the only thing. It's awesome. If your swing is slower, save your money and get a ball that is more ideal for you. If you are a discerning golfer, with a mid or low handicap, I'd have a hard time thinking of negatives.
Quality: Top notch all around. Really awesome. Looks cool, bright white, feels so well-made in your hand, or off the face of your clubs.

Review Summary: Bottom Line: It is awesome. It equals or beats ProV1, HX Tour, B330, One-Platinum, etc...by all standards. Soft, responsive, long, and durable. It's especially nice to see the price drop too. The folks at Taylor Made appear to have lowered their prices on all TP and Maxfli balls to get a bigger share of the biz. It's great news for golfers that they did. You'd be a fool to pay $15-MORE for a dozen Pro V1's. A fool! It can do anything well, and doesn't have any conditional praise from me. So many balls do certain things well and you adjust to accommodate the things they don't do so well. (i.e. 'It's soft and wonderful but short.'...or...'It's long and straight, but be careful with the chips.') This one is really good, no adjusting, so that all you need to decide is if you like the feel of a ball, and not, 'it's good for this and that, but this other ball does ___ better.' Great ball!
