Purchase: i paid 85$ at Gart sports Pros: i like that i am able to get great distance from this club while it still is very forgiving. if i misshit it than i am able to be a pretty good 230 yards out there and down the middle Cons: one minor thing, i wish there was a 10 degree driver, with stiff shaft, but thats not the clubs fault Quality: great, durable and looks great Review Summary: great driver low price, cant go wrong

Purchase: Paid $100 at Dicks Sporting Goods. I was looking for a new and affordable driver. Pros: When hit great produces ok results. Has good feel at impact. Cons: Very unforgiving. Not as long as the hot faced, 400cc drivers of today. Personally I hate this club. Quality: good construction, stock shaft is ok. Taylor Made Quality. Review Summary: I hated this club and cannot wait to get rid of it after about a year of it. Maybe it would work for you though. Purchase: I bought this driver in August 2003 from Dick's Sporting Goods for $100. I bought it with a regular flex graphite shaft. Great Price!!!! Pros: I am a junior golfer with a low 80's handicap. I was looking for a fairly forgiving but small headed driver. The 200 steel is the only driver on the market below 300cc with high performance. Very forgiving for a small head construction. Consistent shot pattern and trajectory. Great for average swing speeds. Cons: Basically no dislikes. Other than the fact with the added distance and forgivness you lose some shotmaking and acuuracy. Quality: It is made of steel and resembles the popular steelhead 3. Has a 275 cc head and a very good-looking classic look. It is has average durability. A problem is that you can see clear ball marks on the club face after hitting a drive. Good look and construction. Review Summary: This is a great driver for any golfers with average swing speeds and mid handicaps. It is really long and forgiving. Remember you will lose accuracy but overall this club will definitely improve your game. On 2003-08-08, Swayz rated this TaylorMade 200 Steel a 5...(2004)
Purchase: I was at my local golf course, and i wansn't hitting my driver. So i decided to look at what they had. They happen to have a 200 steel. i tested it and the prosaid i will give it to ya for 200. So i bought it. Pros: This produces a solid feel and a great sound when you strike the ball. Cons: the Face may be a little to small for me but i can still hit the ball solid. Quality: This is a well putogether unit. The Shaft is High quality as well as the grip. it is a nice grey color and has the line up for the sweet spot on the top. Review Summary: It is worth the money if you are struglling at driving. this will Produce great results.

Purchase: I started asking my golf buddy to use his and the club was so forgiving that I had to have one I went to 2nd Swing and picked one up for $85.00. I think it was the best investment in my game to-date. Pros: Very easy to play even mis-hits end up well just a little short. Cons: They are hard to find new.. Taylor made came out with the new series and left it at that Quality: Graphite shaft stiff flex s-90, average about 260-270 yard drive and i have been playing for less than a season... Review Summary: Very easy to hit with added bonus of low price. On 2003-06-30, rory , from england, europe rated this TaylorMade 200 Steel a 5...(1666)
Purchase: I am a 15 year old golfer and have been playing for two years now. A couple of months ago, after slowing down my swing, I started hitting my drives consistently. But because my swings aren't the fastest I felt that I was giving up too much yardage on holes to my fellow competitors. When i found out that the price of the Taylormade 200 Steel driver had been dropped to £100 (that's about $150) I jumped at the opportunity to get the same make of club as my hero Sergio Garcia. I snapped it up from Nevada Bob's for just £109 Pros: As i am only 15, i did not have a big enough budget to get a either a 300 or 500 series driver because my birthday and christmas had already passed a long time ago. For under £120, this driver is a steal. With my old driver the best i could hit was about 250, but now i am capable of hitting 250 regularly and on a good day can get that up to about 270-290. The club is quite light, there is just enough weight to make a nice, clean, sweet hit. The grip is comfortable, and has lines running around it ot indicate where to place your fingers, etc. Cons: There is nothing i can say bad about the club, sometimes the ball doesn't come of the 'hot' spot on the face, but that is more my fault than the club's. Quality: As ever with Taylormade products, this is another piece of excellent quality. Review Summary: If you are a mid to high handicapper (like myself) looking for extra yardage off the tee, then i believe that this driver is the one for you. a steal. Purchase: dicks sporting goods $159.00 Pros: tried every driver this year,ping,c4,vft,
erc, this one was the easiest to hit keeping me in the fairway instead of slicing. Cons: wish they made 300cc head Quality: outstanding craftsmanship as with all taylormade products. Review Summary: I would give up 10-15 yds for accuracy any day. On 2002-07-04, JEFF L. rated this TaylorMade 200 Steel a 5...(230)
Purchase: I BOUGHT THIS CLUB AT MY LOCAL PRO SHOP. I AVERAGE ABOUT 300 OFF THE TEE,AND WANTED SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE,AND MATCH MY TITANIUM DRIVER FOR DISTANCE. Pros: I HAVE A MORE CONTROLED SWING BECAUSE IM NOT LOOKING DOWN AT SOME MONSTER HEADED CLUB,THAT I THINK NEEDS TO BE SWUNG HARD. I HIT SO MANY FARWAYS NOW, THAT WHEN I DON'T, THE GUYS I PLAY WITH GIVE ME HELL FOR IT. I CAN'T EXPRESS WHAT THIS CLUB HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY GAME. I LOST ABOUT 5 OR 10 YARDS IN DISTANCE,BUT IT DOESNT MATTER,BECAUSE I KNOW I'LL BE IN THE SHORT GRASS. Cons: WISH THEY HAD A 9* JUST BECAUSE I PLAY IN WINDY CONDITIONS ALOT. Quality: THE FIRST ONE I BOUGHT ,I DENTED THE FACE WITH A RANGE BALL. TOOK IT BACK, AND THE PRO GAVE ME A NEW ONE. HE SAID TAYLORMADE WAS GREAT AT REPLACING DAMAGED CLUBS. SO HE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ME TAKING ANOTHER ONE OFF THE RACK. Review Summary: PLEASE JUST TRY ONE. IT IS NOT THE MONSTER HEAD DRIVER YOU MIGHT WANT. BUT I THINK ONCE YOU HIT IT YOU'LL LAUGH AT ALL THOSE OTHER GUYS SWINGING THOSE BOWLING BALLS OUT THERE.
