Purchase: £500 in a golf discount store
Pros: i average a drive of about 20-27 yards (depending on flush strike) i realise that this may not sound impressive but i get around my local course in usually no worse than par. anyway i went to my local golf store and said i am looking to increase my distance as i felt my wooden jack nicklaus driver just wasn't cutting it in todays day and age. he suggested the taylor made 580 and after all the usual sales talk i went to my course quite excited... well there was no great distance gain, no great game altering drives. very disapointing.. thank heavens i hung on to my old nicklaus driver!!
Cons: everything... they don't make clubs like they used to
Quality: as usual.. mass produced which means teenage work ex's putting together clubs on a convayour belt device

Review Summary: i am glad i still have my nicklaus.. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE
