Purchase: While playing the Club Championship at Rose Park Golf course in Salt lake City Utah. I demo'd several Taylor Made Golf Clubs. I currently use the King Cobra 1,3,5 woods! "The reason,I stopped by the Taylor made demo tent, because I had a poor day with my Cobra's." So while at the demo tent I started out by hitting the Taylor made 5 wood. After hitting several balls with that wood. I decided I liked the feel of the taylor made woods. I then moved on to the taylor made 3 wood again I liked the feel of the taylor made woods. Because I was so impressed with the feel, the distance and the accuracy of these woods, I decided to demo the taylor made R7! I hit approximatly 20 balls with the R7 and again I was impressed with the flight and accuracy of this driver. My King Cobra's are beginers compared to the woods and driver. They are weighted just right and I love the feel. My partner Ron Tingey who has played golf for years tried the R7 and was extremly excited about the distance and accuracy along with the well close to hole in one. His comments after that drive where I just wished I had the Money to purchase. I must ask where is the Golf God when you need him I need money for this one and now.
Pros: I love the accuracy and distance of the R7 and the trajectory of the ball and the ability to adjust the trajectory.
Cons: The price, there is no way I could afford the $500.00 bones to purchase this sweet Driver.
Quality: It's like comparing a GMC truck to a Porsche on a race track!!!! Which one would you pick? hint R7

Review Summary: I have used many wood's and driver's from Big bertha's and so on. I just love the R7 "It beats them all golf tee down" I currently use a set of Callaway Golds with graphite shafts and a set of Ping irons for the serious fun. But I think I've found my winning driver the R7. I am thinking about trading in my Callaway's for a down payment on one and oh well I guess I should start buying a Taylor club one at a time.
