Pros: First off this club is very long off the tee. Would be an excellent replacement for anyone struggling to hit the driver as it is also quite large for a fairway and so therefore quite forgiving.
Cons: The main problem I have with this club is its tendency to go left on me. I have always fought a hook in my fairways and this club is no different; I suspect some heel weighting is to blame here (though good if you fight a slice!). The large head also makes it difficult to nip off a tight fairway lie and its high launch/spin characteristics make it very difficult to use into a headwind. Also, the usually TM story; rubbish shaft and grip. The stock shaft is only 60g, which, in my mind is too light for a FW. If I'd had some spare cash, I would've changed both and maybe put a purple ice in there.
Quality: Quality of construction is, as always with TM, of a very high standard. Have had no problems with it.
