Purchase: I got my Taylor Made V Steel 7 wood at Martins Golf and Tennis Superstore. I found out about this club at a demo day at my driving range and liked it. Ever since I first swung it I knew I wanted it. It got a very good deal on it; only paying $169.00 plus tax.
Pros: I love this club. It has a great feel and gets good distance. I rarley ever hit it fat even when I swing poorly. The V Steel is an all purpose club with a medium degree of loft (21 degrees). It is a rather lightwieght club even without a graphite shaft.
Cons: I like almost everthing about the V Steel. However it isn't as forgiving as the Taylor Made R 580 7 wood, but i have found it to work just fine. Also the V Steel is somewhat difficult to hit when a full swing is not used.
Quality: The club is very well constructed and is of high quality. It has a breakthrough V shaped bottom (hence the name V Steel) that decreases the chance of hitting the ball fat. The club is well put together and hasa many advanced features.

Review Summary: I love this club and I would advise at least giving it a try, if not purchasing it.
