On 2002-10-15, Chase rated this TaylorMade Rossa Sport Putter a 5...(680)

Purchase: I acquired this product from a local Golfsmith for $130. I acquired it because of its smooth response and great feel when putting.
Pros: The Taylor Made Rossa was one of my first choices for a putter. With it's great look and hot face, how could anyone resist. The Rossa is also a much forgiving putter being heel-toe balanced. Its unique center, called Titallium, produces a great overall feel and sound that I look for in a putter. The grip is also of high quality having a smooth feel to it. The look of it is very well having a hot red center and made from steel, it is in my opinion the best-looking putter on tour. I recently have dropped my average number of putts per round from about 40 to 33. I am only 15 years old and shopped around for 2 weeks before deciding on this putter, but during those 2 weeks none other even came close to the Taylor Made Rossa.
Cons: There isn't anything I dislike about this putter. The only I could recommend is a lower price.
Quality: The Taylor Made Rossa putter is about 35 inches in length. It's head is about 3 1/2 inches long and about 1 inch wide. It has a super lightweight center called Titallium, which is a plastic composed of about several metals. Since the insert is light, it gave Taylor Made room to distribute the weight around the club. It has a True Temper steel shaft and a Winn Rossa Black Medalist grip. My model has a long L-shaped neck with slight offset.

Review Summary: I would recommend this putter for players of all handicap levels. It will really help improve your game and you will be making putts you thought you would never make.
