Purchase: I bought a box of 24 TiTech Beta Ti golf balls for $10 at Walmart. Pros: These balls travel as far and as straight as any ball I have played, and I have played them all. Good hits feel good off the club, as I would expect from any ball. I cannot tell a difference between these balls, at $5 a dozen, and balls I have paid $20-25 a dozen for. They help speed up my game, since the idea of leaving a 45-cent golf ball behind does not bother nearly as much as losing a $2 ball. Cons: Quality: These balls are sturdy. I haven't detected any damage to any I have played, except for the minimal scratches typical of any ball that impacts asphalt. Review Summary: I am an average golfer. I usually break 100, break 90 about once every 20 rounds, hit an average drive of about 220 yards, my nine-iron goes about 125, and I think these balls fit my game as well as any I have played. I am crazy about them and delighted to get such performance out of a ball that costs about 75 percent less than the Precepts I have played for the last couple of years.

Purchase: This morning I was signed up to play in our Open Tournament and because I needed golf balls, I stoppped by Wal-Mart to grab a great deal on TiTech BetaTi's 24 for $10. Pros: Well getting started with the round I was very impressed with the impact it presented from the first hole to the last. It didn't bounce off the club, but I still hit it just as long as the next guy sometimes even better. EVEN BETTER I HAD MY FIRST HOLE IN ONE WITH YOUR BALL. I was playing 17 at Hesston Golf Park in a tournament and and stuck it 16 inches from the hole and BOOM, it took the next bounce right in the hole. It had loft, draw and every bit of action that I had gotten from those NIKE balls. Cons: So far nothing Quality: At first the dimples worried me because they were not evenly distributed and varried in size, but after playing my first round with them I am hooked. Review Summary: For the price and feel of the balls, anyone who buys these balls will not be disappointed at all. This is my first round with these balls and I shot my best round today and had a hole in one, you just can't match that. On 2009-05-23, raynman rated this Ti Tech Beta Ti a 4...(8377)

Purchase: Wal Mart, $10 for 24 Pack Pros: We call em the Poor Mans Pro V1. These balls fly as far, are workable, and have good spin into greens. We love em especially on some of these mountain courses. Very easy to loose balls on some these unforgiving courses. They have lots of enviro-sensitive areas where you can;'t go get your ball even if you see it. I recommend these balls for all skill levels.
This is also and excellant winter ball. Cons: No Complaints. Quality: This is a Newer Titech with 360 dimple design, Review Summary: Great all around ball, can't beat price for performance On 2005-05-22, skip rated this Ti Tech Beta Ti a 5...(5542)
Purchase: I bought 36 of these in a box from Wal -mart for $15. Pros: This is the best ball on the market for the money- I am drivng them 275-300 yds consistently and believe me I usually do not hit that long- It is like a light went on. They take irons well and put pretty cleanly. I got my first hole in one and eagle a month apart playing them. I have played pro-v's and these seem just as crisp to me and take a beating better. They seem a little harder.I will not buy anything else, they also stay pretty clean & you don't mind losing them. Cons: Quality: Review Summary: On 2004-12-05, L. Purchase: Seems I'm always looking for the minimum cost item that gives maximum returns. I've tried many brands and types of golf balls over the years and enjoyed buying brand names when on sale (e.g., Titleist DT-90, Top-Flite 3000, and PRECEPT EV). However, the best ball for the cost, by far, has been the Ti Tech Beta Ti that you can get at WalMart for about $5.35 a dozen (they come in boxes of 18 or 36) Pros: First, the Beta Ti ball gives me confidence that it will give great results if I hit it perfectly, but also good results if I don't hit so well. This mental part of the game is so important to allowing my body to "do it's thing" without excessive thinking. Second, the ball doesn't easily mark or scratch, and probably impossible to cut or crease (I've never seen any). "Feel" on the club head is about right for me. It feels like it remains on the club head long enough to be controlled but also has a nice "click" to know you connected. As to distance, it is ever bit as good as any other of my favorite balls, and has often surprised me by being farther than I expected. Directional control seems as good, or better, than any ball I've tried. Cons: One negative: This ball doesn't have a glorious background (pedigree) or title. When I'm playing this ball it is sometimes EMBARRASSING when the other people in my group see it. It is CHEAP and I can't brag about some pro hitting it on tour or seeing it in a magazine ad. (Smile!) Quality: Absolutely top quality. It will forgive those of us who mis-hit it by not becoming unplayable, but will "stay-the-course". Review Summary: If you can stand to use an inexpensive golf ball with no name brand recognition, head to WalMart and get the Beta Ti. I've found to be the best "all-around performing" ball I've ever used, at any price. On 2004-10-19, Bill Grindele rated this Ti Tech Beta Ti a 5...(4644)
Purchase: A friend told me to try these balls. Purchased 18 at Walmart for $9.95. Pros: These balls are excellent! I think they compare with any ball on the market for distance and playability, and for the price they are phenominal. I estimate I have picked up 15-20 yards average with the driver, and probably 10 yards with medium irons. Good spin -- hold the greens well, and have a nice feel. They also putt well. Got my first hole in one about a month ago using one of the TiTechs. For fun, try the Intech HOT ball, the titanium "Extreme Distance" and get an additional 20 yards. The Hot balls, with the red flame, are not approved for USGA play. Cons: There is nothing to not like about these balls. Quality: Well made -- tough, durable, good bright white color with nice graphics. Review Summary: Lots of golfers will not try this ball due to it's low price. Big mistake. Try it, you'll like it. Purchase: Bought at Wal-Mart because the price was $15.76 for 36 (3 dozen) balls. Pros: Back in the mid to late '80's I was a assistant golf professional at a very popular country club near Washington, DC. Always played Tour balls such as Maxfli and Slazenger. After a car accident I didn't play for 13 years until my 9 year old son begged me enough to get back into it. Since I had sold my clubs, bag etc I went shopping on eBay and after buying a set of Ping irons and driver I found a bag, and Nike 3 wood. I bought these balls really for three reasons. One because the price was right, two because we wouldn't worry about loosing them as much and three while at the local driving range one was in our bucket. I did a drop test by putting it up against a Nike ball my son had been given. The Nike was new and TiTech had been hit a few times. I put one in each hand put arms out in front of me while standing on pavement. Drooping both at same time they came up together time and time again with the TiTech bouncing a little higher everytime.
Now to the true test. These balls travel and feel extremely well and if I could add anything it would be more spin around the green but back when I played for a living I used Balata covered balls. My Pings ate those balls apart. My new Pings don't have square groves but these balls are tough and feel great when putting. Only second time back on course and shot 41 with 15 putts (9 holes). Very happy with product and will buy again. Cons: Not enough bite or spin for me but I expect a lot. Quality: Beta Ti Cover with Fluid Metal Core, 432 dimples. Review Summary: Great ball for any player especially those who want a long ball.
