Titleist NXT Distance 2003 Golf Balls - Reviews

Purchase: I purchased these with winnings from a tournament last fall. $25.00 in the pro shop.
Pros: These things are L-O-N-G!!! Easily the longest I have driven the ball ever. They have a soft feel despite being a distance-oriented ball which is nice. I think these are even longer than the PROV1's. Durable cover lasted the whole round. Not too expensive.
Cons: The packaging that Titleist has come up with makes these look cheap, which is not the case at all. They perform well, but they do lack the bite into the green of pricier balls.
Quality: Tough cover for the most part. They do scuff a little from short iron/wedge shots, but that's no big deal. I don't expect to get more than a round out of a single ball anyway.

Review Summary: These puppies scream off the clubface. A great ball for those that are after big yards off the tee. Still soft enough to be a good all-around ball. Might leave low handicappers wanting more spin into the greens. For the price, they're a great ball.
