Purchase: Traded in some clubs (and got a good trade in value) at Nevada Bob's to lessen the "Ouch" factor.
Pros: Sets up beautifully behind the ball with that classy Titleist pear shaped head. The feel of this club is much like that of the 983K, but feels a little hotter. The internal weighting definitely makes it feel more stable compared to the 983K. Launches a little higher with less spin, and is more forgiving as well. The speeder shaft feels a little softer, which is nice, as the 983K speeder was a little too stiff/ board-like from my experience with it. This club has been nearly as long as my Ping G2, but with better control. The slightly shorter shaft may have something to do with that as well. This club will let you work the ball while providing some forgiveness with the slightly larger head size. The sound is unmistakenly Titleist. Even trajectory can be altered with swing and tee height adjustments.
Cons: Very spendy and will most likely be replaced by a 460cc model in 6 months' time.
Quality: Pure class, all the way.

Review Summary: Solid, workable, accurate yet forgiving. So far, I'm lovin' it. I still have my G2 as an all-out bomber, but needed to hit more fairways than I had been. So far, this is helping.
