Purchase: I purchased this off ebay after three separate demo's in the area for $305 with shipping.
Pros: I have been hitting the R7 for the past year. Last year the Quad and this year the HT. I like the R7 for that long roll I get off the draw but the stock 905t hit farther and straighter and with a nice high arc. Can't explain it. The 905t's face is a bit more open than the R7 also. And I hit three different stock clubs with the Graphite Design YS-6+ regular flex shaft just to make sure. I did hit the 10.5 loft that didn't give me the low boring flight path Titleist is known for. I'm not getting rid of my R7 HT, it's also a great club but this Titleist is #1 in my bag for now.
Cons: I've hit three drivers the past 4 years-Cleveland, Taylor Made and now Titleist. This isn't a big deal but Taylor Made and Cleveland seem to have more of a solid look and feel as far as asthetics go, maybe it's the chrome. Titleist is still making there headcovers with a seam that likes to unravel after a couple seasons. After that, nothing. After all, as long as they keep the numbers down, who cares.
Quality: Simple, nice sound of the tee.
