Purchase: I paid $290.00 for it at my local Riverside golf store(BC, Canada), because my old driver, a Butler SS Ti, wasn't solid enough for me. It felt really hollow, sort of like a Ping. Originally, I was looking at an Orlimar hip Ti driver because it came with a free wood, but I soon found out that the 975D was the club for me.
Pros: Everything; the look of it at address, the solid feel when you smack it right down the pipe, the low penetrating ball flight, and the way I can shape the ball when I need to.
Cons: Nothing, it's the perfect player's club.
Quality: The 975D is a 260 cc cast titanium driver. It's compact club head design make it super solid at impact. Exactly what I would expect from Titleist.

Review Summary: If you're looking for a club that feels like there's some mass behind the ball when you hit it, this is the perfect club for you. But if you don't usually make good contact with the ball, it'll probably be too hard for you to it. The 975L-FE or 975J-VS might be a better choice because of they're larger heads and more forgiveness on off center hits.
