Purchase: I recieved this club as a gift from my boss. He purchased a new 975JVS and gave me his old one.
Pros: The shaft is a stiff Grafalloy. The club looks great and is very well balanced. I have used a 2 wood to drive with for the last 20 years because I couldn't hit a driver. The 2 wood put me out about 230-240 yards and I could control it so why change? I had tried other drivers but had a wicked slice and no confidence. After about 4 rounds with the J I am rearing back and cranking it where I aim. Even playing from the "tips" I am long enough to get home with a short iron. This driver has helped me regain the game I once had (10 handicap).
Cons: There is not much I don't like. The only problem I guess is that I sometimes snap-hook it if I really overswing.
Quality: The quality is excellent, as it should be from Titleist. From head to grip it is quality construction without sacrificing aesthetics.

Review Summary: If your swing is solid, this is the driver for you. It is awesome to really just "grip it and rip it!" With this club you can stop worrying about swing mechanics and concentrate on where you want to land.
