Purchase: JFloyds Sports World in Severeville, TN. Paid $399.
Pros: The distance is awesome. When I nail this weapon the ball gets small in a hurry. I have tried almost all of the top drivers and the 983k is tops for distance. Club alignment is easy and accuracy is very good. One big plus for the 983 is workability. The other big sticks seem to try and steer the ball straight or go the extreme with a big hook or slice. The balance and feel are very good, not too light or heavy. You know where the clubhead is at all times. Feel is solid and you know where you hit the ball. Forgiveness - well its a Titleist - you cant get away with murder.
Cons: The price - $399! Give us golfers a break. It cant cost more than $120 to make this driver, or any other brand.
Quality: Fit and finish are very good but at $399 it had better be.

Review Summary: Top drawer driver, for me with the adilia nv its the best. Be sure to get fitted before you spend the money. With the right shaft and flex the driver rocks. With the wrong combo this club sucks. I think this club is for low to good mid handicappers.
