On 2006-09-19, Billy rated this Titleist Bullseye a 5...(7431) Review Summary: I have tried putter after putter with limited success. I recently went to the local golf store to roll a few with the new SC Detour. After a pretty so-so session I noticed an old Titleist Bullseye in the used club section. As a lark I picked it up and rolled a few. Time after time it found the hole. I then saw that it was selling for only $100. Considering I've got more than a thousand dollars of useless putters in my dead club bag, what's another hundred bucks? When I got it home I took it to the green behind our house (we live on a golf course). I proceeded to roll in 110 of a 112 putts from five feet. Granted, it wasn't a tough putt (just a little left to right break), but I was amazed to see putt after putt disappear into the hole. I had one streak of making 44 in a row, and another one of 58. I have never, NEVER rolled the ball as good as I did with the bullseye. There is something about the simple set up that freed up my stroke and allowed me to keep the ball on line. I have used the bullseye for a couple of rounds and have been very impressed with both my distance control and ability to keep the ball on line. In the past three years I've had more than a dozen putters in the bag, I think my search is now over.
