Purchase: eBay purchase - $200 - Have been looking at these irons since they were introduced a few years ago - now, the price is right!
Pros: The forged heads have a very soft feel and give great feedback - you can tell just by feel if the shot is good or bad. I like the minimal offset and thin top line - club sets up comfortably. Minimal offset helps workability - easier to fade or draw the ball when needed. Good looking chrome finish.
Cons: Not crazy about the True Temper Tri-gold shafts - the True Temper Dynamic Gold shafts are much better. Also don't like the stock grips - re-gripped with wrap-type grips. As typical with forged blades using softer metal, the clubs tend to ding easy. Just keep some iron head-covers on them while not in use and you'll have no worries.
Quality: Well made clubs. For the price, not a bad way to get into a forged-blade set for the first time!

Review Summary: If you've been thinking about trying forged blades, give these a try. The price is right, and you won't be disappointed. A little hard to get now - you don't see too many sets of these out on eBay. Very comparable to the EVO V-31's; however, the V-31's have more offset, are cast clubs, and made with a different steel that gives a different feel at impact.
