Details: These are the 845's with a Titanium insert face in a mid-size head with regular flex graphit shaft and full cord grips.

Purchase: Bought the Tommy Armour 845Ti iron set from Price Club for $299 after reading a great review of them in Ham and Egg.com website. My first set of glof clubs and still have them.
Pros: I like the traditinal thin top line- not fat like Callaway and many others. They aren't the longest irons but feel sweet when you hit the ball. Tommy Armour should still be making these. I've hit variosu models of Titleist, Callaways, Pings, Taylor Made, King Cobra but mine stil fel the best to my swing. The Cleveland CG4 irons are close in feel and will be my replacment seta when I wear a hole in these irons.
Cons: Tommy Armour doesn't make them any more and they are beginning to show groove wear down. I averaged around 50 rounds of golf for 6 yers and it's begining to show groove wear.
Quality: Top quality and a nice looking set of clubs. I still get compliments on their looks and soft feel by others who I let hit them. Tommy Armour- If you read this review, please start making theses clubs again. I'll be needing a new set in a few years.

Review Summary: It's a shame they are no longer made and if you see a used set at a garage sale or flee market- buy them. they are sweet hitting clubs.
