Purchase: I picked up a set of these irons at Dick's Sporting Goods in Erie, PA for $270. I haven't played golf for about 8 years, and after conferring with some friends, and a lot of research, decided to go with the EVO Oversize, regular flex, true temper steel shafts.
Pros: Everything! These clubs hit much better than most of the more expensive clubs. My ball flight was as straight and true as it was so long ago. Maybe not as far, but I'll give up distance for accuracy and day. Besides, getting back in shape will help that as well. The weighting is great. When you hit the ball cleanly, you know it. It's an awesome feeling. The stock Tommy Armour grips are great. Such a soft and sticky feel to them even after many rounds and numerous trips to the driving range. I recommend these clubs to anyone that's thinking about taking up golf or hasn't played in eons as myself.
Cons: The name is a little deceptive. They say oversize, but compared to some of the other oversized irons, they're quite smaller. Other than that, nothing to gripe about.
Quality: Top notch construction and quality. They've held up so far.

Review Summary: I wish my woods were as easy to hit as these are, but that's another story. All in all, I made the right choice, and didn't have to mortgage my house to do so. You can't go wrong.
