Details: #3 and #4 are hybrids, #5-SW are regular irons

Purchase: A local used club store had these sets on sale, brand new, for $249. I looked them up on the web and saw them listed for new at $600, and most places were selling them for $450, so I had a hard time passing up this deal.
Pros: The hybrid irons, the #3 and #4, are easier to hit than I thought they would be. These two clubs have graphite shafts, too, which helps, because the hybrid heads are fairly heavy. The #5 through SW are regular irons. What I really like about these irons is that they have an extreme cavity back, and cavity attaches very low on the back of the club. This lowers the center of gravity and seems to make it easier to get under my shots. The grips on thes clubs are average. Nothing too fancy. The grips seem durable, but would be the first, and probably only thing I would change about the club set.
Cons: The face on the hybrids is not very large. It is not as high as a regular iron, and if the ball isn't sitting up on the fairway, it can throw off hitting the club in the sweet spot. Hitting them out of the rough works pretty well, better than a regular bladed club, I'd say.
Quality: Solid construction. I think it is a very high quality unit given the low price I paid for the set. A co-worker offered to make me set of knock-off irons, but it would have costed just as much as this set.

Review Summary: Bottom line: I'm very happy with these clubs. I don't play an aweful lot, so I can forsee these clubs lasting me several years.
