Details: AVS Excel Medallist - Pistol Putter This is a Standard sized Red/Silver Putter grip.

Purchase: I purchased a putter head on E-bay and needed a grip as I had an iron shaft I cut to short. The grip was purchased at the Golf USA here in town. The price was 8.99+ Tax. A bit steep but to order the grip online would have been the same due to shipping costs.
Pros: The grip is a nice red color fairly brite but not gudy. The grey/silve bands looked good too. The grip feels very good in the hands and has good feedback. I notice I an not over shooting the hole as much. The pistol shape seems to let the hand rest and not grip the shaft so tight.
Cons: The color could have been a little more muted but it works for my theme.
Quality: The grip seems to be fairly well constructed. It slipped on the relativly easy. Actually it was easier than all the other grips I have installed thus far.

Review Summary: I like the grip as it is soft yet you still receive feedback from the putter head when the ball is struck. The Pistol shape really does help keep the hand still and relaxed.
