i would like to ask:

1)say after Tee shot, A ball land on green while B land on fairway which is very near to the green, do A wait till B's ball land into green before putting?

Gof Etiquette dictates that whoever is furthest from the hole (away) plays first.
For speed of play, sometimes the players agree whoever is not yet on the green may play first, even if they are closer to the hole, as they often want to leave the flagstick in the hole.
