The other day I was playing a round and was slicing hard off the tee through the front 9. On the back I decided to try something a little different - When lining up, I placed the ball between the center aiming marker on the top of the driver and the hosel of the club, instead of lining up centered on the marker. This seemed to for the next couple of holes, eliminate some degree of my slice. Does this make sense? Has anyone ever heard of doing this before?

With regard to your slicing and alignment, it is best to aim as you would normally. For the slicing, one thing to check is your grip pressure. make sure it is around a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-10. Too tight a grip inhibits the natural rotation of the arms in the impact area causing (in my case anyway) a push and/or slice.
Thanks,
Don

a good way to conquor slicing is to keep the arms in front of the body at all times

it keeps the face square at impact
and if the ball is hit with the centre of the club should go pretty nicely

its worked for me maybe it can help you
