You have Killer Bee irons so I would contact Golfsmith and go by what they say. Golfsmith offers free club adjustment one time for all of the irons they sell, or at least that is what I read in one of their catalogs. Talk to them first. As for using the shafts if you pull the heads of your current irons, you will want to see if the hosel of the new heads are the same length as the old ones. If the new heads have the same length hosels or longer ones, no problem. If the new hosels are shorter, your new clubs will be that much shorter unless you use shaft extensions on the new clubs. One solution if the hosels are shorter is to buy one new shaft and use it for the three iron, then use the old three iron shaft for the four iron, and so forth for the rest of the clubs. This way you don't have to add shaft extensions to all the clubs. If you remove the shafts without getting the shafts too hot, you should have no problems re-using the shafts.
As for the other irons being bent, I would go by what the manufactor says about it, not your supplier.
I am playing a set of Leyland LX-2 irons and I love them. They are a copy of the Callaway X-16's. I would recommend that you demo the Callaway X-16's and see if they work for you. Remember one thing about adjusting your clubs: IF YOUR SWING CHANGES AS YOU GET BETTER, YOUR CLUBS YOU HAD FITTED TO YOUR OLD SWING, MAY NOT BE CORRECT FOR THE NEW SWING!!!!!! Having the irons fit to your current swing may help, but it may mean that you will have to put the irons back to the original lie again after you improve your game. If you have an instructor that you are working with, ask him what he thinks about your current irons and if adjusting the lie would be a good idea. Maybe what your game needs is a better swing plane with your irons. Make sure your swing plane is correct, before you change you lie angle, or you will be sorry later.
I hope this will help. Let me know if you have any questions about my suggestions. Swing easy and hit em straight.
