I'm very interested in buying a set of Callaway Irons, I'm desperate for improvement and I hear this is the manufacturer to help me. X-14, x-16, BB, VFT- there are so many sets out there, I average shooting around lower 90's I would love to play better. Can anyone give me some advice on which Callaway set is better and would help me most?

Either the X-16's or the X-16 Pro series should be fine for your game. The Pro series is a little more for low handicap players, but I think your scores will improve enough with them that you will be able to handle them fine. I play the Leyland LX2's that are half way in between the two and I love them. The X-16's and the X-16 Pros are both used on the Pro tours, so that should tell you how good they are. And they are very foregivable as well as long and accuracy. If you think you will get down to a low single digit handicap before you want to spend the money on another set, go with the Pro series. If a 5-9 handicap is as good as you think you can get, do with the X-16's. Good luck and my all means, try them at a store before you decide. Don
