May I make a small recommendation before you guys head off for your Mancation. Make arrangements with a Bails Bonds company so you can bail yourself out fo jail easier. Sounds like you might need to be perpared in advance.

If you want CHEAP
I usually stay at the McLure hotel in Wheeling ($89 a night) and will play the Oglebay Crispin Course for the twilight rates 12 for 9holes w/ Cart after 3pm. 20 for 18 holes.

Oglebay also has a 18hole par 3 course that is alot of fun.
