Ok gang, we're going to increase the number of prizes to 3 in July. First prize is a $100 Golfsmith gift card, 2nd prize is a $50 Golfsmith gift card, 3rd prize is a sleeve of Zero Friction ZF Distance Balls and a 35 pack of eTee's - the biocomposite, environmentally friendly "save a tree" golf tees.

To qualify for the drawing, you need to:

a) Be on the Top Posters list by July 31, 2009.
b) Submit at least two course reviews.

Next month, we'll go back to equipment, but I REALLY want to start getting more course reviews into the database. Please help us build this up and coming resource.

Also, as noted on the course reviews page, perhaps you've already reviewed a course, or maybe you don't have that much to say overall. Another angle to take with it would be to describe the best way to play a couple holes on your favorite course. The goal is that we're adding value to the reader when they come to the page.

To submit a course review, simply navigate to the courses/resorts page, and use the country maps to find your local state or region, find the city, and click on the course. Please contact us if your course isn't listed.

P.S. If (and only if) we get more than 50 qualifying course reviews this month, I'll up that 2nd prize to $100 also. Tell your friends and recruit your relatives! But most of all, have fun.

P.S.S. Don't forget, for your review to count, you need to enter your display name, same as it appears in the forums (correct uppercase/lowercase also), on the course review entry page.

That is great my wife needs a new rescue club so it will go to a good cause. Thanks Any ideas from the gallery on a good club she wanted something to replace the 4 iron. I use a calloway heaven wood and we looked at them but she did not like the feel.

Tony, I play with a Callaway X hybrid and like it. Also check out Ping Rhapsody (women's line) hybrid.

A big thanks from Carol. She is off today so we are going to go looking. I like the Callaway clubs but did not think of the X hybrix. She has a Ping G10 Driver which she loves and Callaway Fusion irons. So thatnks for the tip. We will let you know how it goes.

I have bought a lot of clubs from them and the service is great, you can buy the lowest grade they have and it still looks only slightly used.

callaway preowned is a great site. I bought my taylormade r5 driver from there and it said no headcover but they actually included a generic headcover for me for free.

They usually get alot of different clubs with aftermarket shafts which are nice. I got my driver with an Aldila NV Green for 40bux which the shaft alone sells for 60 at golfsmith.

Thanks for the info 87 and Aimee. I bought Carols Callaway Fusion Iron set from them. They were actually new but the previous year model for 600. They were originally 1180.00. We tried the Callaway Hybrid and she liked it but wants to try the new ping hybrid so we have to go about 50 miles up to Sacramento to try one out this weekend.
