Did you see the hole in one by Leif Olson where his shot banked off of another ball and went in for a hole in one? So what was more amazing 8 hole outs in one tournament or Leif's bank shot to win a new BMW. And who bought the drinks or do they do that?

I think the guy his ball hit should get to take the car for a spin every Sunday.

Yea if it was not for his ball Leif would not have the ace. I just read that the last record for number of hole in ones in one tournament was 5. I have on hole in one and it was 5 years ago. I play a lot of golf some months 30 rounds and hit a lot of greens in regulation. The first one I made was only luck back then I was happy to hit a green much less positioning my ball. It is really a big deal to have 8 in one tournament. It looks like only four of them won a car. (only four?)

Last I hear, it only counts for a free car if you do it on the weekend. I remember hearing one TV commentator saying it would sure be nice ot win a car like this, and he had made his share of aces, but NEVER won a car. The other guy then mentioned that he had WON a DOZEN or so in his career. I guess it's true, TIMIMG is everything.
