I just bought a set of these. My plan was to leave them at my vacation home as an extra set. However, I played them a week ago and they may become the starters. Has anyone else played these with good results? If so, please share your thoughts.

Thanks for the input. I'm playing again today at a new course so we'll see how they continue to perform.

I played 18 with them yesterday and my iron play was great. Also, I've noticed my shoulder aches and pains have gone away. These are keepers.

SO whats the big difference in the 08 to 09 models? Or I guess the CI6 to CI7? Anyone know? I think this was/is the first year of the P-series? I believe that the P series came out in 2005 (Pi5). I also could swear that Padraig Harrington won his first British Open with the P series except for his 6 iron which was the Ci6 model. I know that I had seen this on a TV interview. After having the Ci6s and playing them so well, I have to wonder if the driver, woods, hybrids are as good???? -Rob

I'm not going to change drivers any time soon, but I did find a Wilson Staff Fybrid 3 wood and a 17* Hb5 hybrid. I've hit them on the range and like them so far, but I haven't played a round with them because I'm out with a heel spur. I hope to play on 11/14. I'll report back after that. PS I've added the Tw9 wedges too (50* and 56*). Those are great. I've played three rounds with them, and they perform very well

Well, the Wilson three wood and hybrid didn't make the traveling team, but the Ci6 irons and Tw9 wedges are here to stay. After a few months of playing these I've decided they are perfect for my game. I guess I'll keep looking for a three wood. The Cleveland Launcher Comp I've got isn't bad. I just don't have the confidence in it as yet.

Me again. Although we've had a years worth of rain in Charlotte over the last month, I did get in a few rounds. The Ci6s are here to stay, especially the 3 iron. I never thought the 3 iron would find it's way back in my bag. Also, the Wilson Staff Fybrid 3 and 5 woods are back on the squad. I'm ready for 2010 if it ever quits raining.
