Can the L5V torque wrench be purchased seperately, or in lieu of that what value does the wrench apply?

I didn't know the L5V needed a wrench. But if you need one, I'd recommend you contact Cobra and ask them about getting one.

Don, the L5V has an adjustable shaft. Rotating the shaft will change the face angle by 1 degree. The wrench is needed to loosen the shaft at the bottom of the club.
