Thinking about buying the Cobra S9-1 Pro S driver.. currently i am playing the S9-1 F speed with ust v2 shaft... Anyone have the pro s version.. any Reviews on this driver??? Thanks

Welcome PompJr. I've not played the S9-1 Pro, but I've played the Cobra Speed Pro and I've played the S9-1. of those I liked the Pro better, so I assume the S9-1 Pro would be a nice club as well.

Welcome to the site PompJr. I demoed both the new S9-1 and the Sp-1 Pro. and of the two, I liked the S9-1 Pro the best. Mostly due to having a better quality shaft in it. Plus the taller face height was nice. One thing some golfer will like about the S9 Pro is how QUIET it is compared to the Cobra LD Speed series. I don't care if my Speed LD is loud, but I know some golfers hate it.

Since i changed the aldila nv HL 55g shaft with the Proforce V2.. what a difference in ball flight.. the Aldila HL Ballooned way too much.. that is a terrible shaft.. The V2 Brought the ball flight way down... Still might try to pick up a S9-1 Pro S this winter... is there any better shaft in you opinion than the Proforce V2 for the same amount of money? thanks

For the price, I don't think you will find any shafts that are better than the V2. I like the Graman 780 Ultimate G series shaft better, but it's about $115 or more. About twice the price of the V2. I've got the 76 gram V2 and the 75 gram Graman, and both of good shafts, with the Graman being my favorite.
