Yes, thanks gang. Advertising revenues and traffic are starting to fall right now, so I'm probably going to make next month's prize dependent on the number of reviews that are submitted.

I'm thinking $5 for every review submitted will go into the pot. I may try and somehow configure it so it keeps a running total to help entice visitors to submit as well. Any other ideas?

Finances being what they are, these gift cards will be very much appreciated. Hubby needs a new pair of golf shoes.

From what I've seen, every golf web site runs into the same issues with decreased traffic/postings once October rolls around. I think you can set a dollar per post guideline, or you can figure out how many posts = $50 gift card, so you can say (for example), 5 posts in a category gets $50 prize, 10 posts gets (2) $50 prizes, 15 posts gets (3) $50 prizes. So people can see if there are more posts there are more prizes to award.

I may post something in the moderator forum for us to discuss. You're right on track as to what I'm thinking though..

Kevin, Don't feel too bad. I had numbers 8 and 13 as well as my winning # 14. I was ONE number off on each of the other two priizes. Could have been a HAT TRICK if I was a little more lucky. But we still have next month, so there's hope for everyone.
