Going to AZ in October (5 years after our first visit) and I've booked a tee time for Wildfire/Palmer course for our last day. Want to play TPC Scottsdale/Desert course (less bucks and better suited for my skill level).
Anyone ever play there?
Gonna play 2 or 3 times in Tucson, too.

Just to report back, just returned from sunny and HOT Arizona (had a couple of 100 deg days) and had a blast. I finally broke 90! (shot 89, should have been 87) at the TPC Scottsdale Desert course. Nice course, pretty easy (generous fairways, not "target" desert golf). The Wildfire/Palmer course at the Marriott Desert Ridge was a lot of fun and also pretty forgiving. We had GPS on the cart, which was a first for me and I have to say it was very useful for giving you the hole layout and various distances to judge your shots.

Good going breaking 90. Playing a new course and breaking 90 the same week, pretty good girl. Keep it up, or should I say keep it down?
