The forums at GolfGearReview.com are designed to be an enjoyable place to discuss golf and other topics for young and old, men and women, people of different races, cultures, religions, creeds and beliefs. While it is important to maintain a fun, relaxed atmosphere, we absolutely will not tolerate verbal abuse of any kind, including the use of derogatory language or slanderous comments, verbal attacks or harassment. In the event a post violates one of these guidelines, the post will be edited by a moderator. If the post does not clearly violate one of the guidelines, moderators are encouraged to request a second opinion if necessary. There will be no comment posted by the moderators other than the indication that the post has been edited. If you do not understand why your post was edited, contact the moderator directly. Future posts by the same forum member that continue to break the rules will trigger a process whereby the moderators must vote whether to ban the forum member. The results of the vote will be forwarded to the site Administrator who maintains the right to make the final decision. If necessary, the site Adminsitrator will delete or ban the user as appropriate. The number and frequency of any posts that require this escalation procedure will be at the discretion of the moderators. Furthermore, by registering in this forum you agree that: 1.You will exercise common sense and be considerate toward your fellow users. Diversity of opinion and intelligent civil discourse is encouraged; by the same token, insults and “flaming” are not tolerated. Disagreeing with an idea of another community member is different from attacking that individual. 2. You alone are responsible for the material you post. You will not knowingly post content or links to content that violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party and that you will remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision. Likewise, you may not post content or links to content that is libelous, defamatory, offensive, obscene, racist, abusive, that violates a third party's right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. You will indemnify GolfGearReview.com, GearReviewNetwork.com, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims and/or damages (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted.
