Purchase: I started playing seriously about two years ago. I would say that I am a more traditional golfer than most. I think golf should be played in a manner similar to the way the founders of the games played it. this beig said i have always loved the look of forged blades. I bought a set of Hogan Apex blades and was inquiring about a place to get fitted. I heard about a guy named Mickey Russel in Yorktown VA. I dropped in one day to find a small almost rundown shop decorated with autographed pictures of PGA professionals thanking Mickey. He was bending my hogans when a 5 iron demo of the KZG zo blades cought my eye. They are the most georgious clubs i had ever seen. I inquired about them and priced them and ordered a set for $700 with flighted rifle 6.5 tipped a half inch
Pros: At adress and in the bag they are the most beautifus clubs i have ever seen, and i haven't found anyone that disagrees with me yet. the old Mizuno mp14s are the only forged blades that compare in softness. Playeability is superior to any mass produced forged blade. You know what everything about these clubs is superior to any mass produced forged blade
Review & Rating Summary: In summary if you play blades and they are not the KZG zo's get off your behind and spend $700 of the best spent golf money out there. I have also noticed from other reviews that everyone who has purchsed a set of the clubs form a KZG dealer is not only amazingly satisfied with the clubs but with the dealer/clubmaker who sold them the clubs. If the clubmaker is anything like Mr. Mickey Russel I can understand why. So search for a dealer, make the drive and make the purchase. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!
