TaylorMade Review: RAC CGB Steel Regular Flex Irons

Purchase: Picked up the RAC CGB with brand new Winn Grips installed on 3-PW for 699.00 used to Instant Replay, Austin TX. I love these clubs. I am relatively new to the game and have been using a set of Ping Eye 2's or Callaway X14. The Pings have been very difficult to hit with any kind of accuracy, but when I did hit them right, the ball went long and straight. The Callaway X14s were easier to control and the distance was pretty good. I am now hitting the Taylor Made's and all I can say is wow. Certainly a very forgiving club, the sweet spot is huge. My friends told me not to buy such an expensive set of clubs(new retail is putting this set at 899.00 locally). Now that I have them, those same friends that have hit with them are starting to think that they should get a set. I am hitting longer and staighter than I ever have before. I am actually starting to like the game of golf.
