Game: I had been playing seriously for about a year or so and was looking to upgrade. At the time I was in the market for an upgrade from my initial purchase of a beginners starter set from Knight. I did my research and had basically decided on a set of the Adams OS set to really begin my game improvement phase to break 100. I went in explained what I was looking for and what goals I had set. Talking to the sales person he explained that if I really wanted to reach my goals that the Walter Hagen’s would be the better choice. Recently I have been able to break the 100 barrier once with a 99 and 2 weeks ago at 91. great your thinking right me too until, like everyone you get the itch to upgrade again. I was very surprised to learn the trade in value was only about $45.00 the price of a box of good golf balls. Where as the Adams set I wanted was 3 1/2 times more. Very disappointed would have much rather had the set worth something after a year of use. Thanks DICKssporting goods. next time I will make my own decision when purchasing a $400 dollar set of clubs.
