Purchase: traded in my odyssey dual force 990 for the nike putter. i purchased it at henning's golf store in st. louis. i demo'd this putter the past 2 weeks and think it is the best putter out there for the money. i paid 80.00 after my trade-in was applied.
Pros: i love having a sight line on this type of putter and it is very light and easy to swing through. it is very soft on the ball coming off of the face which gives you a solid feel but soft as well.
Cons: like most new clubs, the grips are never the best but it is adequate. with this putter if your aim and touch is right the grip wont matter much.
OZ Mallet Putter Quality: very solid build behind such a light weighted putter. it gives the perception of being bulky or heavy but it is neither.
that was the point that put me over the top on choosing the oz over the 2-ball.
Review & Rating Summary: great feeling putter at a reasonable price and i think that's because nike is so new in the golf market. it doesnt have as much feedback as some of the other brands but for performance, feel, and price, it is the best value out there right now.
