Purchase: I am a self-professed putter junky! I got this one from Callaway Golf Pre-owned in "Good" condition for $39.99 plus free shipping. I tried it out in a retail store, but they still wanted $109.99for these. I only have a half dozen putters right now and I NEED MORE! Callway Pre-owned does a nice job re-gripping and cleaning up their clubs for sale.

What I Like About The Odyssey White Hot #1: First, the balance and weight are superb. I had been pushing puts to the right using a face-balanced putter. My stroke is slightly in-square-in(like Stan Utley is teaching the pros now) and a heel-toe putter such as this one facilitates this kind of stroke much better than a face balanced. The face is a little soft, and took some getting used to, but is now very accurate for me. The Lamkin crossline grip is firm and communicates feel well. Classic head design.

What I Do Not Like About These Putters: The DFX insert firmness is more to my liking, but otherwise, this is a class act.

White Hot #1 Quality: Good quality. Obviously these hold up well over time for Callaway pre-owned to be able to resell them after a couple seasons of use.
