Purchase: I was originally planning to purchase this putter in the non-lined version and add the lines myself. But then I found out that Odyssey would be releasing a LINED version. So I waited for this product to be released. Purchased this White Hot XG 2-ball SRT Lined putter at my local golf course pro shop for $150. Actually was more, but the GC GM gave me range cards in return, as I am a repeat customer, and I also bring in other customers to purchase golf products from their pro shop.

Pros: Last year, when I first started golfing, I tried out over 6 different putters (blades to mallots). Ended up with a used Carbite ZG mallot. After using it for a year, I realized I had a difficult time lining my putts (other than reading the greens). Decided to purchase this Odyssey last month after trying out various other putters. The 2-ball discs + single sightline on the discs dramatically aids in lining up putts. Not only does the single sightline help align the putter with the Sharpie line on my ball, the 2 discs also help aid visualizing the swing. The White Hot XG inserts makes contact with the ball more responsive. Great feel off the putter head. The SRT (Saturn Ring Technology) also helps prevent or minimize wobbling or twisting the putter during the swing, as the weights are shifted to the outer perimeter of the putter head. The mallot-style design plus the SRT addition really improves distance putts. The sole of the putter has 4 grooved lines that runs parallel to your putting line. I noticed that this also helps preventing the sole from being caught up on the green, and allows a smoother contact on the green with less to minimal friction. The stock Winn grip is simply outstanding! Very comfortable and compliments the putter perfectly.

Cons: The only dislikes I have is the original high price of this putter. But since I was reimbursed in other ways, I am quite content.

White Hot XG 2-ball SRT Lined Quality: The construction and quality of this putter is top notch! I wouldn't expect anything lower from Odyssey.

Game Description: Been playing a little over a year. 1-2 rounds per month. No formal training. Putting was always my downfall, using an old hand-me-down Carbite ZG mallot. Putts more than 20 feet would always be short 3-5 feet. Also had problems with lining my putts.
