Penn Review: Palisade TPD 3V PutterManufacturer: Penn Golf Pros: I have been playing golf for 26 years and am currently a 2 handicapp. I stumbled onto Penneagle at the 2004 PGA show in Orlando. I must say I was very impressed with their product line. I went to the show to find a driver and a new putter. Over the course of 2 days, I probably tried over 100 putters and the one that I liked the best was the Palisade TPD.3V. The weighting system, they call it the Oppositional weighting System, was excellent; it provides tremendous balance and gave me a true roll on every putt. It is also the best in terms of accuracy. The V-site and I-ball make alignment and judging the target path extremely easy. I have played over 10 rounds and I must say that I look forward to putting no matter what the distance. The balance makes lagging the ball effortless and I also feel that I can hone in and make those 20-25 footers. Each of their putters come in two different weights and two different models which is determined by the type of neck. I purchased the Heavyweight TPD.3V (face balanced triple-bend-shaft) based on the courses that I play have very fast greens mostly over 10 on the stint meter.
