Penneagle Review: Palisade TPD-3V Putter

Manufacturer: Penneagle Golf

Model: Palisade TPD-3V
Category: Putters

Additional Details: Face-balanced mallet type putter with tripple bend heal-shaft and face insert.

Purchase: I bought the Penneagle Palisade putter after reading the review about it from one of the golf club review sites. I paid $139 through Penneagle and since I received it, I have made some putts that normally would have been either short of off line. I immediately sold my TaylorMade Ross Monza Corza AGSI and I'll be sticking with this putter for a long time. It not only puuts well, it sets you up with confidence, strokes the ball with a smooth roll and good feedback, it also looks GREAT!

Pros: The putter head is the perfect size; not too big and not too small. The alignment guides built into the putter help you set up to the line very easily. The quality that went into the manufacture of the Palisade make you feel your money was well spent. The weighting is exactly what I need for those long lag putts as well as the 5-10 footers to save par.

Cons: I haven't found a thing I don't like about the Penneagle Palisade. It is now, by far, the favorite putter I have ever owned. I've had Scotty Cameron, Ping B-60, Bettinardi B43, Mizuno, TaylorMade, and Yes putters and the Penneagle Palisade TPD 3V beats them all. This is one of the few I have ever bought sight unseen and untried and it was worth it.

Palisade TPD-3V Quality: Top-notch all the way.

Review & Rating Summary:
I will stand by all my comments above. I have no affiliation with Penneagle. My only dealing with them was buying this one putter, but if their other putters are like mine, the company makes a fantastic product you will fall in love with.

Penneagle Palisade TPD-3V Rating: 5

Game Description: I am a male golfer who shoots in the high 80's. My clubs consist of Mizuno MP-32 irons 6-9, pitching wedge, sand wedge, and lob wedge. I also carry an Eidolon 52 degree gap wedge and 3 Ashton hybrid clubs (19, 22, and 25 degree) to replace my 3-5 irons. My 3-wood is a Tour Edge Exotics. My driver is a 10 degree Alpha with a black face that shows me where I hit the ball every time.

Average Score For 18: 80's
