Purchase: Paid $115.00 at a local pro shop. Putter was custom fit (black dot)and ordered directly from Ping. I'm 6 feet tall and it included a 35" length shaft since my putting is more accurate when I stand more upright.
Pros: Really like the tackiness of the standard blue grip. Also the weighting combined with the poly insert gives great feedback. First time using it I one putted 10 greens with a total of 27 for the round!!
Cons: Nothing. Over time, however, I do not know the durability of the insert since it is brand new.
Anser G2i Quality: This is just a new variation on an old design. Not exactly reinventing the wheel here. I feel that the insert is superior to others I've tried but that maybe a personal preference.
Review & Rating Summary: Excellent putter for the money. Golf Digest also included this putter as one of their "best buys" for 2004.
