Pros: This is the Rolls-Royce of putters! It came out in 2005 and is a better version of the '2003 Golf Digest Editors Choice Award' in the putter category, the Studio Stainless series. At first I was concerned with the price of the putter but after doing some research, I found out that the same model (the Newport 2) is used tournament after tournament by top pros such as Adam Scott, Ernie Els, and others. If it is good enough for PGA Tour pros week in and week out, it must be good enough for anybody. The GSS (German Stainless Steel) provides as much feel as Titleist says it does. I am not really a great putter but with my old putter (an Odyssey DFX 1100), I couldn't make any putts. With my new Cameron putter, it feels like my putts are on auto-pilot. Everything seems to be falling! It gets the ball rolling immediatley after contact and provides an immediate response as to whether it was hit solidly or not. I would reccomend this putter to anybody interested in buying a new putter. The price may be high ($300 suggested retail price set by Titleist and Cameron) but as I said i found it for 260 after doing some looking around. This putter is well worth your money. Go and get it ASAP!

Cons: As of right now I couldn't even make up a complaint about the putter. Everything seems to be perfect.

Studio Style Newport 2 Quality: 'By combining the finest milled stainless materials with precision inlay technology, the new Studio Style line of putters provide superb feel and sound for a soft yet responsive touch. A pure, high grade machined inlay of German Stainless Steel is attached to the precision milled Studio Stainless Steel body through a special vibration pad, and the entire inlay is surrounded by an elastomer cushion to further enhance the soft feel. The Studio Style line features two body styles, the softer flowing lines found in the Newport and Newport 1.5, and the crisp, boxier lines of the Newport 2 and Newport 2.5 models. Two neck variations are available, a square plumbing neck with a full shaft of offset, and a shorter flare neck with only a half shaft of offset.' -Taken from Titleist's 'Clubs 2005' pamphlet
