Specific likes about this course:
The course conditions are always top notch. They spend a lot of time keeping the greens and fairways in great shape. This is a shorter course with some reachable Par 5s so you should score well. Not much significant trouble either. A little water, though there are bunkers on most holes. Pace of play is usually pretty good too.

Dislikes about this course:
The least favorite thing about this course for me is the speed of the greens. There's always slower than I like and it takes some time to get used to how hard you have to hit each putt. Course-wise, there's a couple points where things can get backed up, such as the back-to-back Par 3s. Some of the bunkers are shallow and your club bottoms out pretty quickly. Another slight downside is if you want to have a cold beer after the round, forget it. They do not sell beer.

Is this course worth the fees?
Overall, it's in better shape than many of the public courses that cost about the same amount. I say it's a good value especially given how well kept the course is.

19th Hole: What extra amenities did this course offer?
The grill is nice, with a compliment of pre-made sandwiches and made to order hot dogs. Snacks and soft drinks are available, but no alcoholic beverages.

Summary and opinions of this golf course:
Olde Homeplace is a nice course I would recommend you visit. It's short and without too much trouble areas, but is always in top notch shape.
